Stress
Why STRESS??

Every day we all face many difficulties in our life. Many times there are situations that we cannot handle even if we want to. So many times we have to face heavy tension while dealing with them.
Many of us have become so accustomed to withstanding certain kinds of stresses that they are unable to feel them. Such tension is called eustress. If seen, this stress negatively affects your performance and ability to work.
What is STRESS
It is normal to have stress or tension. It is felt when dealing with a situation becomes difficult. When tension occurs, adrenaline starts running throughout our body. The heart rate increases and mental and physical consciousness increases greatly. We sweat, feel the sensation and sometimes the whole body weeps.
How much dangerous STRESS
It is not that there was no tension in the life of our ancestors, but they could easily overcome it by adopting the 'do or die' situation. Today the amount and frequency of stress in our lives are also much more. But the most difficult thing is that the emission of stress-giving hormones like adrenaline and cortisol becomes more dangerous when we do not need them.
If stress persists for a long time, it can damage our immune system and heart. Apart from this, our physical and mental ability to deal with external diseases is also affected.
This means that stress becomes more dangerous when you have to do it every five minutes or die. Can there be an easy and healthy way to deal with this situation? How can we do this? If we can find out what is the reason for what we are feeling? So we can deal with difficulties in a more smart way.
If taking more STRESS:-
Our immune system and heart can be damaged.
The risk of serious diseases increases.
Age decreases.
Sex life can be bad.
Why does understanding STRESS matter?
Many serious mental problems can occur due to stress. One out of every four people in India suffers from tension problems every year. This is the reason why many times we are unable to concentrate on working for a long time even while working.
If mental health problems are ignored for a long time, it can turn into a serious problem. Three-fourths of the patients undergoing stress and depression in the country are women. But three-quarters of people who commit suicide due to tension and depression are men. Since depression and tension are the most responsible for cases of suicide, the need for the importance of its treatment can be easily understood.
Apart from this, talking about it when there is tension is not a sign of weakness. He/She needs courage.

How do I talk about how I'm Feeling?
We all know that when we feel connected to someone it is always good to talk to them. For some of us, social media is the best medium. But research tells us that social media has emerged as the biggest problem of life for many of us.
The saying is quite old that 'pain is less than sharing'. But believe it is true. This is not to tell people, nor is it to prove that you are in need and what phase you are going through. Rather it is for them to understand what they would have done if they were in trouble.
Believe it many times when we are in tension, even simple remedies do not come in our mind. But others hear the same thing and suggest such avenues which make our every difficulty easy. Therefore, it is very important to communicate freely. Anyway, it is a big deal to talk to someone. Talking to someone is as simple as washing clothes, washing cars or playing games on the computer. So keep talking honestly and tell friends everything that is bothering you.
Do not Panic, Consult a Doctor
Have you ever had a cold, diarrhea or fever? You must also have gone to the doctor to treat these diseases. If yes, then why hesitant to go to the doctor if you have tension?

Problems like tension, depression are as common a disease as having a cold or fever. If you can go to the doctor for their treatment then why not for the treatment of tension? Do not hesitate and talk to the doctor about this matter.
