Dandruff??     Dandruff is a common scalp condition in which small pieces of dry skin flake off of the scalp. If you have dark hair or you’re wearing dark colors, you may notice the flakes in your hair or on your shoulders. Dandruff may also make your scalp itch. Dandruff can be embarrassing and hard to treat, but help is available. Two types of treatments are here:-  1. The spine has a difficult job in that it must support the weight of the upper body and still be able to bend and twist in any direction.
